Our app makes organizing a Secret Santa exchange easy! You can create an event, invite participants, and our system will randomly assign Secret Santas. You can also send anonymous messages to your match for hints about their gift preferences.

Do I need an account to participate?

Yes, you need to create an account to join a Secret Santa event. This ensures that you can access your event details and communicate with your match.

How are Secret Santas assigned?

Our app uses a fair and random algorithm to assign Secret Santas. If exclusion groups are set (e.g., preventing certain people from being matched), we ensure the assignments respect those rules.

When will I know who I am gifting to?

Can I be in multiple Secret Santa events?

Yes! You can join and manage multiple Secret Santa events at the same time.

Can I message my giftee?

Yes! You can send anonymous messages to your giftee to ask for hints about their gift preferences. Your giftee will not know your identity.

Will my Secret Santa know who I am?

Yes, your Secret Santa will know your identity, however you will not know who your Secret Santa is.

Can I edit event details after creating it?

No, once an event is created, you cannot edit the details. We recommend confirming all event details before creating the event.

What happens if someone doesn’t want to participate after being assigned?

If a participant drops out before buying a gift, the host may need to redo the matching. We recommend confirming all participants before pairing to avoid disruptions.
